This isn't coffee-and-copying. You'll work directly with the founders, the brokerage team, and our tech. Three to six months in our Berlin office, hands-on with the systems and workflows that power the company.

- **Property and market research:** Dig into commercial properties, owners, tenants, and submarkets across Germany. Build the data foundation our brokers run on.
- **Exposé and listing creation:** Help structure property data, write listing copy, and prepare materials for our brokers and clients
- **CRM and database hygiene:** Keep our Propstack, Airtable, and contact databases clean, structured, and up-to-date
- **Process support:** Assist with onboarding new mandates, preparing pitch material, coordinating viewings and follow-ups
- **Tooling and automation:** Work with our internal AI tools and workflows — and flag what could be automated next
- **Founder support:** Get involved in special projects across business development, partnerships, and operations — wherever the company needs a sharp pair of hands

We're building the operating system for a new kind of brokerage: AI-powered matching, automated qualification, agentic workflows, structured market data. We're looking for our Founding Engineer — the first hire who owns the product end-to-end. You won't be one of fifty. You'll be the one. You build the foundation that the next ten engineers stand on, the platform that the brokerage runs on, and the technology that makes neospaces uncopyable.

- **Own the product end-to-end:** Architecture, frontend, backend, data layer, AI integrations, deployment. You ship.
- **Build the platform from the ground up:** Next.js, Supabase, Claude API, Inngest, Pinecone — our stack is set, the product is not. You make it real.
- **Design the AI layer:** Matching engines, agentic workflows, retrieval pipelines, structured extraction from unstructured commercial real estate data. This is where the moat lives.
- **Ship fast, ship often:** Weekly releases, tight feedback loops with the brokerage team, no committees, no quarterly planning theater.
- **Set engineering standards:** You define how we build — code quality, testing, deployment, monitoring. You're the one the next hires learn from.
- **Work directly with founders:** Product, strategy, prioritization — you sit at the table, not in a ticket queue.
- **Talk to users:** Our brokers are 30 meters away. You build with them, not for an abstract persona.

- 5+ years building production software end-to-end — ideally in early-stage startups, not just big tech
- Deep full-stack experience: TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, modern deployment workflows
- Hands-on experience integrating LLMs into real products — not just demos. Bonus if you've worked with Claude, agentic frameworks, RAG, or structured extraction at scale
- You think in systems, not features — and you can explain a tradeoff in one sentence
- Bias to ship. You'd rather have a v1 in production than a v3 in Figma
- Self-directed, founder-grade ownership — you don't need a PM to tell you what's important
- Comfortable with ambiguity — early-stage means the spec is often something you write yourself
- Bonus: experience in vertical SaaS, B2B marketplaces, real estate tech, or CRM tooling
- English fluent; German a plus, not required
